Looking for bump, couldn't find in archives

I'm looking for a bump that has been on Adult Swim a lot lately, I've seen it about three times in one week, usually by family guy or metalocalypse.

It's a black and white photograph of a beach with a sign that reads <- Surf / Swim -> and has an AMAZING lopey electronic beat to it. I want to find out what that song is! Someone please help!!
