Help on bump pweese!

So like.. there's this bump that ive been seeing. It's a Delicate and children's hospital bump where a mans arm changes the mask of an inanimate guy from the delicate ski mask to the clown face of children's hospital. whats the name of the song on that? ;O Any type of help will be appreciated!

Make sure you bend your knees, don't lift with your back 

I have to say I really like this bump visually as well; thought it was quite clever.
