Well, don't know this particular mix but it's definitely copying Sly and the Family Stone's "Into My Own Thing" with that open organ/synth like line.  Which was popularized even more by Fat Boy Slim's "Weapon of Choice"

I knew something was off on that other one, then they cut it short!  Blasphemy! (I know it was enough to get what you wanted but this video is just too good!;) ) I'll never forget the first time I saw it.
