It's the video that they've been using for the clown children bump.  I noticed the "Sounds of 1976" LP in the background and looked on youtube for "Clown Children 1976".  Lo and behold, first on the list   It's interesting to see where the bumps came from.  Now if I could just find an explanation for the bumps with the grandma using the internet

Great find, M.H.!   I knew that those bumps had to come from an actual educational video.  I love watching old school/nostalgic stuff like this.
