Problem downloading bumps.

I tried to download a couple bumps and every time I get:

"You don't have permission to access /bumps/dv/58 on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Is this just a weird problem for me?
