A Humorious Location to Be

I'm recalling a (years old by now, probably) visual bump with perhaps kaleidoscopic but definitely weird imagery and with cheesy/spoof Slavic accent saying something like:

"We bring you television for happy enjoyment! We hope you find a humorious location to be. The Adult Swim; watches, for you."

I'm sure it's been recorded but my semantic search mojo is... well, I don't have any, apparently. Anyone?
