Bling it On Bump?

So I vaguely remember this bump and I tried searching for it in BumpWorthy, Google, and in this forum.  It was a bump that may have started as a letter to adult swim but in the reply they mention the stupid "Bling It On" commercials.  Well, either Bling It On or DigiDraw.  Maybe even both .  Either way it was hilarious because they noticed what horrible commercials get placed (or at least used to get placed) in that time slot.  Any help?  If this is not the right place for this question, let me know.  Thanks

hmmm... not sure, I could see it happening more than once
