Clown-Thing with Party Hat Bump...?

Hey everyone.

I've looked and downloaded AS albums but can't seem to find this bump. It has a weird clown head with a hat on screen and it plays cool-anime like music. Sorry I can't be more specific but I hope creepy clown head is enough for someone to know what I'm talking about lol. It's been on tv recently, within the past couple months I'd say.
