Old bump song - can't find it..

Hi I was wondering if anyone here could identify this song for me used in an old AS bump.

I only know what the lyrics sound like - I think it may be a french song but it goes something like "it would be a good night to kiss, it would be a good night to dance" - "scooby-dee-doo-bee-doo scooby-dee-doo-bee-doo love."
