I saw a bump which was talking about a song featured in a Boondocks episode. Its the episode with the art teacher who is crazy. I didn't see what the song was called but i love it. If someone could help me that would be wonderful
"Today" by Tom Scott, originally from the album 'Honeysuckle Breeze.' If I remember correctly it was released the same year as the original by Jefferson Airplane - 1967. It turned up in recent years as a sample on the track "T.R.O.Y (They Reminisce Over You)"
I picked it up on a vinyl album called "Soul Treats"
Avaiable on Amazon

Great track, and one of the favourite Boondocks episode.
They selected a good voice for art teacher in Russian version, by the way.
That's amazing... when the episode first aired five years ago it was near impossible to find a legal copy of that song. The CD had a brief release in the late '90's - I'm assuming in response to T.R.O.Y., which I didn't realize dates all the way back to 1992 - but it was long out of print when "Riley Wuz Here" aired. I felt lucky to have found the 'Soul Treats' release from 2000.
Now the original 'Honeysuckle Breeze' is available on CD (2010) (http://astore.amazon.com/bumpw-20/detail/B0049YVALQ) AND vinyl (2011) (http://astore.amazon.com/bumpw-20/detail/B004K4X9TQ) :-o It has to have been some sort of chain reaction from The Boondocks, I swear
Thanks for the update, PL
