I can't hear it all that well under the ambient noise & talking, but it sounds like "En Vogue" by Heinz Kiessling from the Extreme Music library.
What you hear in [as] bumps is "Plasma Colada" (also from Extreme) which is a tripped out version of "En Vogue" performed by The Jives 8-)
So, really it could be either depending on the edit job... but that's my guess.
