I also have a .tif version if anyone wants to take the time to edit out the punches on the card. I'd do it but I have very limited access to photoshop at the moment. I won't link it as an image in case the forums decide to jpeg it :)

Rather novice, but I dabble a teensy bit, just for fun, with image editing. I took a shot at editing out the punches and here is the result. I'll PM you, MrHang--if you want to give me an e-mail address, I'll send you the TIF for upload.
