Title: Not properly encoded error

I'm getting an "html5: Video not properly encoded" error when trying to view this bump: http://www.bumpworthy.com/bumps/1251 Using Firefox 42.0 and win 8.1 If someone has the chance to look into it, that would be appreciated. Thanks!
