Random bump..

Okay guys, I am staying up way later than my usually time for sleeping, I wanted to watch Durarara! and I saw a really interesting bump. Right around 12:56/00:56 EST, there was a bump with an almost fractured screen look, it jumped around a lot, and there was some character with red and yellow clothing. The song that played was actually really cool sounding. I'm wondering if anyone knows of this bump and could help me.

Tl;dr Looking for a bump with a broken/cracked screen look and a character with red and yellow clothing.
