What was this magical bump?

On Sunday, Nov. 13th around 8:30 [as] aired a bump, and I need to know what it was. It was during a family guy episode, if im correct. I dont remember what the message was, but im more interested in the music. It sounded like a samba beat. The bump was just classic black and white. Can anyone find out what the song was? I dont even know how to go about figuring this shit out.
