I doubt this is likely, but just thought I'd try.

Is there a poster of "Adult Swim is Your Friend" like used in the bump?




And also a side question, does anybody know how [as] bumps are made?

There's a desktop wallpaper over at the adultswim official site (at least there was until the reconstruction... if it's not there, let me know, I know I have it somewhere). Regarding your second question, I don't know for sure, as in what software is used and whatnot, but I take it they must first create and alter the image in something like Photoshop (like, draw the stuff and then blur, enhance, etc.) and then choose a track that they have the right to use. Don't take that as canon though
