Bump Music Request : Swimbound Waterfront

i've been searching for this one and i seriously must be missing it somewhere... so here i am.

I wanted to get the name of the artist for the commercial with the shot of seattle i believe, with swimbound / waterfront on it above the street.

i always caught it before HB:AAL, but saw it before other shows as well.

any help is much appreciated.
