Does anyone know the artist behind the Suggested Racehorse Names bump?

I'm reluctant to speculate... it's been around forever. I keep telling myself I need to track down the night they claimed "all beats by David Banner" to see if this was one of them. 

EDIT: Okay, I must have my wires crossed... I'm guessing the "ALL David Banner" night was related to the Certified release which was a year prior to this one. It was more like "Big Thanks to David Banner for the new Beats" However, I recognized and knew most of the bump music from that night (9/24/2006) that didn't have that Banner sound - which was still pretty unique at the time - lots of library tracks that night. But sure enough, that's the night this Futurama bump aired and it's the same beat so I'm goin' with it
