Very Strange and New Bump

This bump came on sometime last week during a Family Guy episode. All the bump has is two pictures of a nerdy looking guy with a headset and the other of a hipster Back Street Boy. At the bottom of the screen it says "Good luck and Godspeed Gentlemen." The music is really eerie and has been stuck in my head ever since.

There are two things I'd like to know about the bump.

1. What the song is

2. The point of the bump. I don't understand the reference, if there is one

The two gentlemen pictured work for Adult Swim... bumps like this usually mean they're moving on to bigger and better things. One of them has left and returned before, I don't think he left Turner but he did leave the area. The other is one of the bump writers.  He's been there for a long time and I wish I knew what he was up to

I was able to locate the music info, it's also there.

What really made me dig this up ~ my curiosity got the best of me and I had to look up what Nick Weidenfeld was up to. After all I saw photos of him getting ready to delete his iPhone info, I figured it must be something big.

Turns out he left to go head up a new animation block that will air against a portion the AS block, at FOX of all places.

Consider me interested to see what they come up with.

The line "the unit will develop and produce an ambitious slate of original animated shorts and series" makes me curious, but AS may end up better by the Fox competition.

I personally think the Animation Domination block is pretty terrible, but they do have quite a large audience. I doubt the block will be much of a hit if it features four new shows, however, unless they manage to pull off the quite unsual feat of getting at least two really great shows in there (and the audience liking said shows). Weidenfeld I know is great, but Andy Milonakis and Warren the Ape were huge stinkers for me, so that keeps my excitement down.
