Sniff bump?

There was a bump during family guy it was a sniff bump and it mentioned something about a weird sniff about a zebra in town or in a zoo or something ? It aired after stuwey an Brian were stopped by the police and they're hands were glued together.  It was around 11:50pm tonight on Monday. Does anyone know what's it called?
