Turner Library CDs?

I guess this is where this should go. Anyway, sorry if this is a stupid question but if the Turner Library tracks are unavailble for public download then what's this?

There's a PDF tracklist file I downloaded from there but none of the bump tracks from the Turner Library were on it. Again, sorry if this is a stupid question.

It's old recycled music that Turner doesn't use anymore, so they sell these huge CD sets for grande dollars to suckers like us who are expecting to hear the jingle from the Enzyte commercials.
