Best suggestion would be posting on the Adult Swim Message Boards over at adultswim.com, since they check those. However, if it's your music you want on Adult Swim, you'd have to get in contact with Turner Broadcasting, since there's a lot of legal stuff that needs to be done regarding licensing and royalties.
