jean skirt bump

hello! first post here and I'm hoping I could get some help. I've seen this bump a couple times now and the little snippet of song has been stuck in my head ever since. it looks like it's on black and white with 2 women in jean skirts and tights from the waist down dancing to a song with the [adult swim] logo in the middle of it. I know the last bit of the lyrics are "clap your hands, clap your hands". if I could just find the bump on here that'd be awesome!! it's driving me insane!!

Actually, I think its an episode specific promo and those don't get uploaded  As for the song, it probably is a library track. And it's not that we never find promo music but its often more difficult.
