Searched for long enough... Which bump is this?

I only remember the song, it's a very ambient song. The only lyrics that I can recall are a slight echoey male voice singing "I've been working..." the next part sounds like "on the docks," but I doubt that's correct.

I vaguely remember the bump background having something to do with yellow. But I've listened to over 500 bumps on this site to no avail. Does anyone have any info on this? Appreciate it.
